IRCA, Jamshedpur
In 1995, CD&SW (Community Development and Social Welfare) Department of Tata Steel invited The Calcutta Samaritans to take over the De-Addiction Centre in Jamshedpur. The NGO gladly accepted this challenge and has endeavoured to fulfil the vision Tata Steel had envisaged long ago. This partnership was formalized with an agreement in 1998.
